What we collect
- Email address, when you sign in to submit a review or claim a profile. We use it to send one-time sign-in codes, to enforce one review per account per company, and to tell you about moderation decisions on your own content.
- Review content you submit, including ratings, text, order month, and any optional details you add.
- Proof of purchase documents, if you choose to upload one.
- Domain verification records, if you claim a company profile.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, and standard server logs.
What we publish
Reviews publish without your name. Reviewers appear as "Verified buyer" or "Buyer". We do not publish your email address, your account, or any document you upload.
Proof of purchase, specifically
Uploaded proof is stored privately and is visible only to moderators reviewing your submission. It is never published, never shown to the company you reviewed, and never shared with any third party except where we are legally required to do so. Redact personal details before uploading. Proof is retained while the associated review is published, and deleted on request or when the review is removed.
Cookies
We use a cookie to remember that you dismissed the age acknowledgment, and cookies necessary for sign-in sessions. [Analytics disclosure: complete if and when analytics are added.]
Who processes data for us
We use third-party providers for hosting, database and authentication, and transactional email. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and may not use it for their own purposes.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share reviewer identities with reviewed companies, for any reason, including legal threats from those companies, unless compelled by valid legal process. We do not send marketing email to reviewers.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account and retract your reviews, or ask us to delete an uploaded proof document. Retracted reviews are removed from public view and from all scores. Contact hello@peptidereg.com.
Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
