Community and moderation guidelines.

What a review is for.

A review on PeptideReg describes your experience as a paying customer of a company: how the order shipped, how support responded, what condition the product arrived in, how openly the company shares testing documentation, what the value was, and whether refunds or reships were honored as written.

Reviews are not the place for health outcomes, dosages, or anything about how a product was used. This site publishes commercial and logistics information only, and reviews that stray into use or effects will be routed to a moderator.

Our moderation promises.

  1. Every review is checked by a human before it publishes or counts toward any score.
  2. We never edit the content of a review. Not one word, for any reason. A review is approved, rejected with a stated reason, or removed for a guideline violation.
  3. A negative review is never removed for being negative. All tones and quality levels are treated equally, and we do not suppress or bury critical reviews.
  4. A short or general review is not rejected for being short or general. Rejection requires an actual guideline violation.
  5. Rejections come with the reason, and you can appeal.
  6. A reported review stays published while we look into it unless the violation is obvious on its face. We do not arbitrate disputes between companies and customers.
  7. Your identity and any proof of purchase you upload are never shared with anyone, including the company you reviewed.

What gets a review removed.

  • It is not based on your own experience as a paying customer.
  • You received something from the company in exchange for writing it.
  • You own, work for, or compete with the company.
  • It contains personal information about an individual.
  • It accuses someone of a crime without documented public evidence.
  • It was fabricated or generated wholesale rather than written from experience. Using tools for spelling, grammar, or translation is fine.
  • It contains health outcome, dosage, or usage instructions.

If you organize group buys or resell.

Tell us on the review form. Your review still publishes, labeled as coming from a group buy organizer or reseller, and it is excluded from scores. That keeps the record complete without letting commercial relationships move a rating.

Rules for companies.

Companies that claim a profile agree to all of the following:

  • No selective solicitation. Asking only happy customers, or screening sentiment before inviting someone to review, is a violation.
  • No incentives to reviewers, ever. PeptideReg does not permit company-funded review campaigns of any kind.
  • No coaching or directing what a review says.
  • Non-disparagement clauses in a company's own terms are not recognized here, and enforcing one against a reviewer is a violation.
  • All contact with reviewers happens through the response tools on this site. Trying to identify, contact, or pressure a reviewer is a violation.
  • No fake accounts, no reviewing competitors, no reporting reviews under false pretenses.

Registry Notices.

When a company breaks these rules, we start with a private warning. If it continues, a dated Registry Notice appears on the company's profile stating the category of violation. Notices are factual, sourced to our own moderation record, and carry a change log. Serious or repeated violations can suspend response privileges, revoke a claim, or freeze review submission on a profile.

Registry Notices describe conduct on this platform only. They are separate from facts about a company published elsewhere.
