Claiming is free. Companies that claim a profile agree to the following conduct policy, enforced by our moderation team.
- No selective solicitation. Asking only satisfied customers for reviews, or screening sentiment before inviting, is a violation.
- No incentives from the company to reviewers, ever. Rankings are never sold, and that has to include reviews.
- Non-disparagement clauses in your terms are ignored by PeptideReg, and enforcing one against a reviewer is a violation here.
- No coaching or directing review content.
- All engagement with reviewers happens through the platform response tools. Attempting to identify, contact, or pressure a reviewer is a violation.
- No fake profiles, no reviewing competitors, and no reporting reviews under false pretenses to manipulate scores.
